Cardbob: Revival version v0.0.3


well, well… well! CHANGELOG!

It’s only been a couple of days and yet, here we are. I’ll make the long story short and here’s the changelog:

  • new vfx for sword platforms
  • new sfx for sword platforms
  • wall fan added to the home area and levels
  • improved auto aim
  • better vfx for projectile collisions
  • the super annoying suicide bomber enemy type has been rebalanced

I know this has been super annoying for most of you, and we do apologize, development is tough and as customary we got so good at our own game that we completely forgot about the fact that these enemies can be ultra-mega annoying. Luckily, you, our fantastic community, had informed us and we’ve rebalanced them. Not only will there be less many of those but also their health scales much better to make it easier to be one shotting them. Don’t forget to use the auto-aim!

the main menu has not changed at all

As tempting as this has been for the team, we just love the design of the main menu too much to be changing it at the moment, there are plans to iterate on it, sure, but those plans remain to be seen through only after the game itself begins to require more information delivered to the player as well as only after the UI pop ups have been redesigned.
